The "Campus Biedensand" is located on the western outskirts of the city of Lampertheim on the property. The campus has a total site area of approx. 84 340 m 2 , The property is being developed with the following schools: Alfred Delp School, Biedensand School (BSS), Elisabeth Selbert School (ESS) and Lessing Gymnasium (LGL).

The subject of this notice is the

- Alfred Delp School (ADS) consisting of:

- School wing including administration,

- Natural Science Center (NTZ) / Specialist classes,

- Gym.

The new construction of the Alfred Delp School includes a gross floor area (A) of approx. 7,600 m 2 , the gross costs of new construction including demolition amount to approximately 17 500 000,00 EUR.

The campus grounds are directly adjacent to the recreational area "Altrhein". As a result of the master plan, it was decided that the aforementioned objects (school wing, night research center / specialist classes of ADS) will be dismantled for economic, spatial-functional and urban planning reasons. Even the Lessinggymnasium (school wing, bandstand, sports hall) are being rebuilt.

The complex interplay of the planned demolition and new construction measures on the campus site, which is characterized by a rotation of the locations, takes place across schools. The refectories of both schools (ADS + LGL) are maintained. For the dismantling of the school building of the ADS and the NTZ pollutant investigations are planned to develop a demolition concept.

The structural implementation of the measure starts with the move of the school to the former Lessinggymnasium, the demolition of the Natural Science Center and the new construction on the construction site, in the ongoing school operation.

The beginning of the demolition of the inventory on the construction site of the Alfred Delp School depends on the timing of the preliminary projects (demolition and new construction LGL / ARH) and is planned according to the current planning state from about 2025. The execution should be done in one phase. Noise-intensive work should be carried out at best during off-hours.

The work of the Opus Architekten BDA in Darmstadt is entrusted with the development of the master plan and the planning of the ADS and LGL grounds. The project is currently in preliminary planning. The new building concept is prepared on the basis of the preliminary investigations by the architect (master plan) and on the basis of a space-function book (approved requirements) worked out together with the users, and worked through to the submission of the building application. The assignment of all specialist engineers is gradual, first for the Lph 1-2.

To minimize the energy requirement, the requirements should be displayed in a compact, possibly multi-storey construction. It is preceded by an energy consultant who developed an energy concept to supply the four campus schools. The energy and technology concept to be planned should be based on the assumptions of sustainability in order to avoid energy consumption in order to optimize future maintenance costs. Especially the optimization of the ventilation and the requirements of the acoustics are increasingly important factors.

It is due to the processes described in the provision of services from a discontinuous processing start, possibly with interruptions, depending on the still to be developed construction process in detail. The client reserves the right to request special services during the negotiation phase.
