The total performance is awarded in two lots, which essentially consist of the following individual services:

Lot 1: Conclusion of a trading partner framework agreement for the renewal of accession to the MS Enterprise Agreement (EA)

• Entered into a trading partner framework agreement for the procurement of Microsoft licenses and software assurance for the renewal of EA membership

Lot 2: Conclusion of a trading partner framework agreement to join the Select Plus contract

• Conclusion of a trading partner framework agreement for the procurement of Microsoft licenses and Software Assurance by joining the Select Plus contract

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a trading partner framework agreement with a contractor for the procurement of Microsoft licenses and Software Assurance (SA) for its offices, district-owned schools and own companies on the renewal of EA accession on 01.07.2023. The current EA accession of the client expires on 30.06.2023 and must be continued without interruption for the term of 3 years with a one-time extension option by one year.

Within the framework of the trading partner framework agreement, the contractor shall provide the customer with required licenses from Microsoft, SA as well as advisory support for product selection and product licensing, which can be procured within the framework of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a trading partner framework agreement with a contractor for the procurement of Microsoft licenses and Software Assurance (SA) for joining the Select Plus contract for its offices, district-owned schools and own companies from 01.07.2023. In addition, existing SA will be transferred by the contractor to the Select Plus contract via the current EA accession and continued without interruption. The term of the SA must also be guaranteed beyond the end of the Select Plus contract on 31.05.2025 for a total of 36 months (from 01.07.2023).
