The Council is seeking to procure a developer partner to assist in bringing forward the comprehensive redevelopment of land off Wesley Street Bamber Bridge. The project will require working with the Council to achieve the necessary land assembly, demolition of existing buildings, site preparation and clearance. A high quality residential led scheme is envisaged on this 4,9 ha site which will include the provision of affordable housing and public open space.
