Eigersund Municipality is the builder for the construction of a new secondary school at Husabø. The school will be built in the schoolyard of the existing school, which will not be demolished. The new building will house three year squares with classrooms, group rooms, work rooms for teachers, cloakrooms, and a social zone for a total of 270 pupils. In addition a new school kitchen will be constructed. The outside area is to be developed and the road to the school upgraded.

The contract form is an execution contract, split into 6 contracts:

- B1 Ground and outdoor work

- B2 Construction work (main company)

- E1 Electrotechnical work

- E2 Solar energy

- V1 Plumbing work

- V2 Air treatment

This contract is for ground work for the entire area, with the new building, and the development of landscape (schoolyard), as well as traffic safety measures in Husabøveien.

This sub-contract is for all the building work connected to the actual school building. The contractor will be the main company in accordance with the law.

This sub-contract is for electrical work, both building and outdoor, except solar panels.

This sub-contract is for solar panels on the new building.

This sub-contract is for plumbing work.

This sub-contract is for air treatment.
