FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH A SINGLE ECONOMIC OPERATOR PURSUANT TO ART. 54 PARAGRAPH 3 D.LGS. 50/2016, WORKS OF "ORDINARY MAINTENANCE AND REALIZATION OF CONNECTIONS WITH EMERGENCY SERVICE ON THE AQUEDUCT AND SEWERAGE NETWORKS DIVIDED INTO THREE FUNCTIONAL LOTS".
Lot n. 1 - Maintenance of the North area - CIG 9760195FB2The object of the contract is the execution, in the municipalities included in the areas identified in point a) above, of the works necessary for the maintenance of drinking water and waste water networks, as well as user connections, small extensions or reconstruction of the aforementioned networks and the emergency and availability service.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to have the Contractor of each lot carry out interventions in the territory of the neighboring lot and, occasionally, within the entire territory managed by Alto Trevigiano Servizi or to have other companies perform works within the territory included in the lot of which the contractor is entrusted.
The types of interventions that may be ordered from the contractor and the modalities of the work orders are specified in the special tender specifications.
