in the northern urban area of Ludwigshafen am Rhein according to the above conditions:
The tree checks must be carried out according to the current state of science and technology. Relevant guidelines and recommendations must be observed during execution, in particular the FLL tree control guideline (2020) and the new FLL ZTV tree care (2017).
The measures to restore traffic safety must be defined in the preliminary remarks in accordance with the catalogue of measures. Trees for which a tree care measure is defined must be marked with colour marking spray on the trunk.
Conducting a tree control according to the FLL tree control guideline (2020) with documentation of the existing harmful features and the possibly necessary arboricist measures to restore road safety
according to the specifications of the industry model (see the catalogue of measures in the preliminary remarks).
In the period from January to December (12 months), an average of around 2,000 trees must be inspected per month in various objects in the northern city area.
The trees to be checked are located throughout the northern city in green areas, along traffic routes and in other objects and facilities.
