The object of the order is the delivery of items of uniforms and inventory — cossacks, half-shoes, gloves. The subject of the order was divided into four tasks:

— Task No 1 — Cossacks 411 pairs,

— task number 2 — women's half shoes 410 pairs,

— task number 3 — women's half shoes 820 pairs,

— task number 4 — winter gloves of a security worker 4 500 pairs.

The subject of the order will be subject to quality supervision carried out by RPW in accordance with AQAP 2110 edition D version 1.

The subject of the order is covered by bar code.

1. The object of the order for Task No 1 is the delivery of items of uniform and redeeming — the cossacks in the amount of 411 pairs

2. The term of the contract:

— start: 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract,

— completion: 120 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or until 30 November 2021, whichever expires earlier.

3. The Contracting Authority shall request that the Contractor shall submit, together with the offer, the following measures of evidence in question:

— certificate of conformity of plant designs with the applicable WDTT and series production model issued by the Commandant WOBWSM in Łódź for: Task No 1: Cossacks — Model 901A/MON with issue date after 16.12.2009.

The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 107 (2) of the Pzp Act does not provide for supplementing the measures in question.

1. The object of the order for Task No 2 is the delivery of items of uniforms and inventory — women's half shoes 410 pairs.

2. The term of the contract:

— start: 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract,

— completion: 120 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or until 30 November 2021, whichever expires earlier.

3. The Contracting Authority shall request that the Contractor shall submit, together with the offer, the following measures of evidence in question:

— certificate of conformity of plant designs with the applicable WDTT and series production model issued by WOBWSM Commandant in Łódź for: Task No 2 — Women's gala half shoes — 917A/MON pattern with issue date after 16.12.2009.

The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 107 (2) of the Pzp Act does not provide for supplementing the measures in question.

1. The object of the order for task number 3 is the delivery of uniforms and redeeming items — women's half shoes 820 pairs.

2. The term of the contract:

— start: 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract,

— completion: 120 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or until 30 November 2021, whichever expires earlier.

3. The Contracting Authority shall request that the Contractor shall submit, together with the offer, the following measures of evidence in question:

— certificate of conformity of plant designs with the applicable WDTT and series production model issued by the Commandant of WOBWSM in Łódź for: task number 3 — women's half shoes — 915A/MON pattern with issue date after 16.12.2009.

The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 107 (2) of the Pzp Act does not provide for supplementing the measures in question.

1. The object of the order in the scope of task number 4 is the delivery of items of uniforms and inventory — Winter gloves of the security worker 4 500 pairs

2. The term of the contract:

— start: 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract,

— completion: 120 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or until 30 November 2021, whichever expires earlier.

3. The Contracting Authority shall request that the Contractor shall submit, together with the offer, the following measures of evidence in question:

— certificate of conformity of plant designs with applicable WDTT and series production model issued by WOBWSM Commandant in Łódź for: task number 4 — winter gloves of security worker — pattern 625/OWC/MON with issue date after 18.03.2019.

The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 107 (2) of the Pzp Act does not provide for supplementing the measures in question.
