The purpose of the framework agreement is the approval of suppliers for the NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) sequencing services carried out in the different research programmes at IRB Barcelona, which are particularly interested in genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics and metagenomics studies, as well as the necessary complement to the scientific support activity of the FGCF platform FGCF, Functional Genomics Core Facility), in accordance with the conditions and characteristics indicated in the technical specifications.

LOT 1: Extractions, purifications, processing, and quality control of samples when necessary, as well as preparation of libraries with samples of DNA, RNA, tissues, or cells

obtained from IRB Barcelona.

LOT 2: Sequencing by reservation of lanes and/or flow-cells, demultiplexing of the results, quality control of the data and delivery of results in digital format ".fastq" or ".bcl".

LOT 3: Sequencing by production of a minimum number of Gbp of sequencing, demultiplexing of the results, quality control of the data and delivery of results in digital format ".fastq".

LOT 4: Sequencing with long-read sequencing technologies.
