The aim of the tender exercise is to agree a contract for the provision of a comprehensive, seamless and flexible cleaning service with a partnership approach at of the Bourne Academy, providing best value for the Academy throughout. The scope of the service is to include both routine and non-routine cleaning for all internal locations. The contract will be fixed cost based on the approximate indication of contract size outlined in this document.

The Academy intends to enter a partnership with a company with a local presence. A cleaning contractor with sufficient resources, including management and central support, which are local to the Academy’s address is sought.

Shortlisted contractors following this pre-qualification stage will be provided with an invitation to tender document which will further break down the requirements of the Academy.
