The object of this contract is the supply of bags intended for the selective collection of biodegradable waste (kitchen waste, small garden waste, biodegradable animal litter, etc.) door-to-door, organized by the BEP Environnement and the Municipalities of the Province of Namur.

The supplies will be delivered according to the administrative and technical clauses detailed in these special specifications as well as according to the additional indications given by the managing official or the agents of the competent Intercommunal.

The quantities mentioned are indicative and do not commit the contracting authority. The unit prices given by the successful tenderer will remain unchanged, whatever the quantities actually ordered.
