The contracting authority has a contract for building and maintaining a workplace environment based on cloud technology. In addition, the contracting authority is looking for a supplier (partnership) that, in cooperation with our IT department, develops a new environment in Q1 2020. This 1 e phase is called the preparation phase (design, implementation to implementation) and then a partnership is entered into for advice and support on the new workplace environment for several years. The agreement will be concluded after the preparation phase with effect from 1.4.2020.

The agreement has a fixed duration of four (4) years. In addition, the agreement provides for the possibility of extending the agreement with two (2) option years with each option year for the duration of one (1) year. The agreement does not include the preparation period for design and development. The preparation period starts immediately after the final award of the contract. The agreement starts on 1.4.2020 after completion of the preparation period and implementation of the new workplace environment and ends by operation of law on 31.3.2024.
