Lot 120: Drywall

The construction project involves the conversion of an existing former school building, which will be extended in the north by a large head building and in the south by a smaller extension.

All parts of the building will have 4 storeys and no basement.

The existing building is about 52 x 10.5m in size, the northern extension has a floor area of about 425 m2, the southern extension of about 150 m2.

Trade 120 includes all drywall walls, installation mounting walls and facing shells as well as suspended ceilings. The partition walls between the classrooms have increased sound insulation requirements. The boxes in the cloakroom areas of the corridors as well as the construction for attaching the wall panels are also included in this course.

Start of construction: CW 40, 2023

Completion of old building and south 11th week 2024, start north 12th week 2024,

Completion North 38th week 2024
