The client intends to build a new fire station according to today's standards on the outskirts of the village (district Ostenland). The construction of a new fire station with 7 gates (6 parking spaces and 1 washing area) for fire engines, additionally equipped with storage, workshop, sanitary and changing area as well as other functional rooms is planned. The vehicle hall must be expandable. The object planning for the project has already begun. The current planning status is provided with the procurement documents.

The subject matter of the contract award is the work phases 1 to 6 as well as special services for work phase 8 for the performance profile structural design (for details, see Section II.2.4).

The award includes the specialist planning for the performance profile of structural design in accordance with Part 4 Section 1 of the HOAI for the new construction project "New construction of the fire brigade equipment house Ostenland" briefly described in section II.1.4) and explained in more detail in the service description (available at the Internet address mentioned in section I.3).

The contract covers work phases 1 to 6 as well as special services for LPh 8, whereby a phased commissioning of the work phases is provided (see Section II.2.11).
