Object planning of outdoor facilities

For the 58 service apartments of approx. 145m2 each of the JVA Cologne Ossendorf, Rochusstraße house numbers 400-516 (along Butzweilerstraße), the basic renovation and drainage, as well as the insulation of the cellars is pending.

A uniform concept is to be developed for the green corridor that surrounds the service buildings, with a focus on the following topics:

- Overall structure with planting, trees, enclosures / privacy screens, parking lots, etc.;

For this purpose, assessment of the stand and demolition / clearing of all plantings/existing elements necessary for the new planning.

- Well-being of the individual: Each house has its own garden (lawn, planting, fencing/privacy screen, garden shed, etc.)

- Overall enclosure / privacy screen in the direction of the prison wall

- Creation of a playground / community zone

- Arrangement of parking spaces and garbage can enclosures.

The houses will be renovated between 09/2024 and 06/2030 by block or construction section (6 pieces) through the property planning.

The open-air facility concept should be based on this in its process.
