Invitation

The Public Prosecutor's Office invites candidates to participate in the procurement of architectural services. The procurement is carried out as a restricted procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (2016:1145) (LOU). The procurement takes place in two (2) stages by restricted procedure (Chapter 6, §3 LOU). This means that all suppliers can apply to submit tenders, but only candidates invited by the contracting authority after selection may submit a tender.

The Public Prosecutor's Office intends to procure complete architectural services in accordance with the conditions and conditions set out in this procurement document. This may include, among other things, the delivery of idea sketches, design, design drawings, technical descriptions, etc. The assignments concern all chambers in the country as well as the head office in Stockholm and require space efficiency, flexibility and digital working methods.

On the basis of the framework agreement, call-offs will be made for each individual assignment, as the scope of the assignment will also be specified in more detail. The prosecutor's office estimates the number of hours at about 400 hours per year. The customer does not give a guarantee regarding volume, but the maximum quantity that may be called off on the framework agreement is 2.5 million. The Public Prosecutor's Office does not guarantee any volumes during the contract period, which is due to the existence of redevelopment projects from a tenant perspective as the Public Prosecutor's Office does not own real estate. The assignments may, for example, consist of placement sketches, adaptation proposals and visualizations of tenant adaptations. Furthermore, the development of design concepts and interior design advice may occur.

ABK09 will also apply in this procurement/agreement according to the provisions in the procurement documentation.

Agreement Term

Preliminary contract start for the agreement is October 2022. The agreement shall be valid for one (1) year with a possible extension of 1+1+1 years. The contract period may amount to a maximum of four (4) years in total.
