Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ) [the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management] c/o Statens innkjøpssenter [the Government Procurement Centre], will carry out a procurement of government joint contracts for vehicles. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into joint contracts to cover the Contracting Authority's need for the hire of vehicles. The contract volume is expected to be between NOK 45 – 60 million, and a combined NOK 240 million of four years. The total maximum value of the contracts including options is NOK 350 million. The joint contract is divided into two (2) categories; one for passenger vehicles and one for goods vans and utility vehicles. Joint contracts will be signed for a total of seven (7) passenger vehicles. For the goods vans and utility vehicles category, the contract owner intends to sign one national contract. After the contest is announced, the contract owner will hold an informative meeting about the procurement on 19 April 2023, and interested tenderers are encouraged to attend. Joint contracts will be signed for a total of seven (7) passenger vehicles. The lots are divided by county, where some counties are combined due to low estimated volume. For the goods vans and utility vehicles category, the contract owner intends to sign one national contract.
