This tender is a re-offer of the contract called "Renovation of Kongensgade Stage 5 and Kronprinsensgade", includes new coating and equipment at Kongensgade on the stretch between Smedegade and Stormgade and renovation of Kronprinsensgade between Skolegade and Havnegade in Esbjerg (hereinafter "Part-contract 1").

In addition, the offered contract comprises performing separate sewerage for DIN Forsyning A / S. This part of the contract is called "Sewerage and supply lines" and includes a new sewer in Kongensgade on a stretch from and including the intersection Stormgade / Kongensgade to Smedegade and Kronprinsensgade between Skolegade and Havnegade (hereinafter "Subcontract 2").

Execution of Subcontract 1 and Subcontract 2 will be awarded to one and the same supplier, who must enter into two contracts with the Contracting Authority.

A contract will be entered into for Delentreprise 1 with Esbjerg Municipality, while the contract for Subcontracting 2 will be concluded with DIN Forsyning A / S.

Subcontract 1 mainly comprises the following overall services:

- Clearing existing furniture and coating

- Breaking up and disposing of existing tile and underlying layers,

- Delivery and establishment of new granite stone coating, re-establishment work incl. underlying bearing layer,

- Delivery and establishment of drainage installation for surface drainage of newly established coatings,

- Setting up of new furniture (bicycle racks, benches and the like) (contractor deliveries),

- Delivery and installation of new furniture (bicycle racks, benches, etc.),

- Delivery and establishment of new planting (trees.) Incl. automatic irrigation system

- Delivery and installation of cable tubes and preparation for power lighting.

Subcontract 2 mainly comprises the following overall services:

- Separate sewage of sewage and rainwater.
