The purpose of this undertaking is to:

- works and supplies necessary for the renewal, extension of certain electrical installations and minor upgrades in Brussels metro stations.

- the creation of a new lighting installation for new works of art and/or architecture, cleaning, replacement of lamps, recommissioning and, if necessary, possible improvement of the specific lighting of works of art and/or architecture decorating Brussels metro stations;

These include:

- replacement of existing lighting with a pre-wired or other lighting installation;

- the installation of spot lighting fixtures;

- divisional panel extensions (addition of departures or circuit breaker replacement);

- the extension of a lighting installation;

- small alterations of premises (masonry, painting, partitions);

- placement of anti-pigeon system and deratization;

- placement of an odor destruction system;

- study and placement of a device against lightning;

- asbestos removal work;

- placement and connection of defibrillators.
