London CIV is seeking a long term partner organisation to implement an Investments and Investment Oversight (“IIO”) software tool which will provide the core capabilities necessary to deliver its value proposition effectively. This includes the provision of a tool that will facilitate manager selection, investment manager oversight (risk, performance, guideline compliance etc.), fund rebalancing and scenario analysis, and managing or overseeing associated operational processes including risk, performance measurement, and asset life cycle processes.

London LGPS CIV Limited (“London CIV” or “LCIV”) is a Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) pool responsible for pooling the investments of 32 London Local Authority (LLAs) pension funds, formed to significantly reduce costs while delivering enhanced overall investment performance. The strategic objectives of LCIV are to deliver cost savings, provide a broader range of investment opportunities, provide transparency and improved investment outcomes.

In support of these strategic objectives, London CIV is seeking a long term partner organisation to implement an Investments and Investment Oversight (“IIO”) software tool which will provide the core capabilities necessary to deliver its value proposition effectively. This includes the provision of a tool that will facilitate manager selection, investment manager oversight (risk, performance, guideline compliance etc.), fund rebalancing and scenario analysis, and managing or overseeing associated operational processes including risk, performance measurement, and asset life cycle processes.
