The subject of the order is a successive collection from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani, commune Osieczna, province Greater Poland and development, in the R-12 recovery process in the Contractor's own installation of waste with the code 19 12 12, which is a component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF), produced on an ongoing basis in the Employer's installation and partly stored. The method of managing components for the production of RDF must be in accordance with applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor.

The estimated amount of components for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) during the contract period is approximately 28,000 Mg.

The Employer informs that the quantity given above is an estimated quantity and does not guarantee the quantity of components specified for collection specified above, therefore the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims in this respect.

3. The Employer informs that the quantity given above is an estimated quantity and does not guarantee the quantity of components specified for collection specified above, therefore the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect.

4. Waste with the code 19 12 12 is a residue from the process of sorting mixed municipal waste and plastic packaging waste from selective waste collection, produced in a waste segregation installation supported by optopneumatic separation, located in Zakład Gospodarcza Gospodadów Odpadow in Trzebania, commune Osieczna, operated by the Employer. The components for the production of alternative fuel are separated in the segregation installation from the> 80 mm fraction after manual segregation of recyclable materials supported by two optopneumatic separators and ferrous metal separators, and then directed to 2 press containers. Each of the above stations consists of Avermann press type SP 1485 cooperating alternately with two containers with a capacity of 30 m 3 each.

5. Waste collection method:

5.1. Components for the production of alternative fuel will be collected by the Contractor daily, i.e. from Monday to Friday in un-form, in bulk, using:

a) hook lift trucks for transporting containers with a capacity of approx. 30 m 3 cooperating with container loading press-containers owned by the Employer - in the case of collection of waste generated on an ongoing basis in the Employer's installation,

b) truck-type tractors with tipper or walking floor semi-trailer or hook-lift trucks for transporting containers with a capacity of approx. 30 m 3 - in the case of collection of stored waste;

5.2 Employer to provide ongoing collection service for waste generated in the Employer's installation and collected through a stationary press system in containers with a capacity of approx. 30 m 3 requires the Contractor to collect waste daily, i.e. from Monday to Friday, at least seven times during the business day, i.e. a minimum of 7 journeys with a car kit of 2 containers, each container with a capacity of approx. 30 m 3 , with a frequency adapted to the operation of the Employer's installation, i.e. from 6:00 to 22:00.

5.3 The Employer, in order to provide ongoing collection services for stored waste, requires the Contractor to collect waste daily, i.e. from Monday to Friday in the amount of at least 2 courses per day. At the same time, the Employer stipulates that the daily amount of collection of stored waste should be adjusted to the current needs of the Employer in this respect, which means that the Contractor will provide a smaller or greater number of courses on a given day than the number of 2 courses dosed above in order to guarantee current collection stored waste. The Contractor's required response time to the Employer's notification may not exceed 24 hours from the moment the Contractor receives the notification by e-mail.

5.4 The Employer reserves the right to collect any amount of waste by the Contractor for technical, technological and logistical reasons, and thus does not provide transport batches.

5.5 Loading of waste stored in trucks, semitrailers and semi-trailers, or hook lift trucks.
