The official securing of the financial resources is documented with the funding code 45AVF3001A and records all previous change notices. This amounts to € 209,059.20. The necessity of commissioning an external service provider for technical coordination and its necessity for project development is thus guaranteed. For the implementation of the project, the technical coordination by an external service provider will therefore be put out to tender. Re I.3) Communication:
Communication takes place via the procurement platform (see link from I.3).
In order to make inquiries via this platform and automatically receive information on the ongoing award procedure, a one-time free registration on the website https://www.berlin.de/vergabeplattform/veroeffentlichungen/registrierung-firma/ is first necessary if the bidder is not yet registered there. Subsequently, the bidder must link to the procurement platform Berlin under "Settings - COMPANY - Procurement platforms". After successful registration and linking, the functions can be used immediately with the self-assigned user login. In addition to registration, after accessing the website referred to under I.3) of the EU Notice, click on the "Apply" button on the right side of the menu and follow the further instructions. Applicants/bidders must follow the further development of the procedure on their own responsibility, e.g. the supplementation or amendment of the procurement documents and the posting of answered bidder inquiries by independent inspection under the link of I.3).
The awarding authority reserves the right to communicate with applicants and bidders in other forms.
