1.The item of the order was divided into seven parts:

(a) in the scope of parts 1 — 3 of the order — the development of design documentation based on Functional and Utility Programs (PFU), together with the fulfillment of copyright supervision and construction works;
(b) in the scope of parts 4 — 7 of the order — the execution of construction works based on the design documentation providing a detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ).
Reconstruction of 1 Maja Street, H. Sinkiewicza Street, J. Piłsudskiego Street in Sosnowiec.1. The object of the order is: Reconstruction of 1 Maja Street, H. Sinkiewicza Street, J. Piłsudskiego Street in Sosnowiec.
2. The scope of Part 1 of the order includes the development of design documentation based on the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) along with the fulfilment of copyright supervision and the execution of construction works.
3. Description of the object of the contract is for Part 1 — Annex No 2a) to SWZ — Functional and Utility Program.
4. The scope of similar orders for the scope of Part No 1 of the order includes: engineering works, roadworks, sanitation works, electricity works, telecommunications works, design documentation, vertical and horizontal signage.
Contracts will be awarded under the conditions laid down in the Law of Public Procurement Act in the mode of a free hand contract taking into account the following principles and pricing factors:
- for the valuation of the identity works with the basic contract, the calculation will take place on the basis of the prices indicated in the detailed valuation from the basic contract,
- construction works for which there is a lack of unit prices in the detailed valuation of works submitted by the Contractor should be measured by the detailed calculation method, drawn up on the basis of the survey book confirmed by the Supervisor of the works and the lowest rates applied, and overhead from the publishing house Sekocenbud for the quarter in which the contract change is made. If there are no prices in Sekocenbud publishing house, rates from purchase invoices or leases will be accepted, and no overhead will be added to the prices from these invoices.
