Award of a framework contract for the services for the operation as well as the possible modification, expansion and renewal of the existing IT system "Berliner Landesnetz Private Branch Exchange - BeLa PBX" for the Berlin administration.

This includes the delivery and provision of the necessary system components, including bringing about operational readiness to the IT Service Center Berlin and/or its customers.

The subject of the framework agreement is services for the operation as well as the possible modification, expansion and renewal of the existing IT system "Berliner Landesnetz Private Branch Exchange - BeLa PBX" for the Berlin administration.

This includes the delivery and provision of the necessary system components, including bringing about operational readiness to the IT Service Center Berlin and/or its customers.

A framework agreement is concluded with a single company (see Section 103 (5) GWB in conjunction with Section 21 (3) VgV).

Based on the estimated total value of all individual contracts, the estimated contract value of this framework agreement (§ 3 VgV) is 14,500,000 euros. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 29,000,000 euros.

There is no obligation to call up the estimated financial volume of the framework contract. A minimum purchase amount is not promised, ie the client does not incur any purchase obligations as a result of this framework agreement.

The framework agreement has a duration of 48 months and can be terminated properly by the client at the end of the 24th or 36th contract month with a notice period of four weeks each.
