The Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis would like to purchase interactive displays with accessories for 5 school locations. The specifications include delivery and installation at the respective school location. In addition, the dismantling and disposal of the existing (analogue) waste board systems must also be carried out by the contractor in order to ensure the most continuous use of the classrooms as possible. Furthermore, the contractor must carry out appropriate user training after commissioning of the systems.
All components to be supplied must be virgin. All components offered must comply with the Equipment Safety Act and the European standards in the currently valid version.
The components supplied by the contractor may only have been obtained via the authorized distribution channels specified by the respective manufacturers. Upon request, the Contractor shall provide the Customer with proof of authenticity. Furthermore, the bidder must prove that he is a certified contract and service partner of the manufacturer of the products offered.
If, as part of the manufacturer's regular product revision, the availability is not or no longer completely available in the quantity to be delivered, a corresponding successor model from the same manufacturer will also be accepted. The minimum requirements must be met by the successor model. The other conditions also apply to the successor models. A successor model must be made available to the client for this purpose. After examination by the client, a written approval for the successor model takes place.
In order to demonstrate compliance with the minimum criteria for the components of the package offered, tenderers must allow sampling of the full package offered at the contracting authority's premises within 7 calendar days prior to placing the order, upon request by the contracting authority. Delivery and installation should take place as soon as possible and must be completed by 25.08.2023.

For all school locations, the contractor must send a binding delivery schedule to the customer as part of an order confirmation no later than one week before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
