Through this European Tender, the University Medical Centres, united in the Contracting Authority, each wish to conclude one Framework Agreement with the Contractor for ordering, managing and delivering mobile devices in accordance with functional and technical specifications determined by the Client, including associated services such as logistics, administration, warranty handling, maintenance /support, etc. in accordance with the Program of Requirements.
The purpose of this tender is to arrive at a framework agreement per UMC with the most suitable Contractor. The framework agreements will be identical in content per UMC, but will be legally concluded/signed separately with the winning supplier per UMC. The envisaged framework agreements have an initial duration of 2 years and 4 months. And optionally two times 1 year extension.
UMC Utrecht is the coordinator and therefore in principle a single point of contact for interested parties and tenderers.
This is a joint European public tender of the UMCs listed below, for the conclusion of a framework agreement on the supply and associated services of Mobile Devices. The participating University Medical Centers are:
- Academic Medical Center
- Erasmus MC
- Leiden University Medical Center
- Maastricht UMC+
- Radboud UMC
- University Medical Center Groningen
- University Medical Center Utrecht
The Contracting Authorities are further referred to in this European tender (both jointly and individually, as "UMC", unless otherwise indicated.
