The subject of the contract is co-financed by the European Union, under the Regional Operational Programme of the Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis 10 Energy, Measure 10.03. Renewable energy sources, Sub-measure 10.3.1 Renewable energy sources – grant support co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the purchase, delivery and installation of solar collectors, in the amount of 15 sets, which will be performed respectively on / in single-family residential buildings or on the ground of these plots (details of Project users shall be provided by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor with whom the contract for the implementation of the subject of the contract will be concluded).
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope and quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract have been specified in the technical documentation constituting Annex 6 and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 5 to this SWZ; - the quantities of individual sets and their minimum power and locations are specified in Annex 6.2 to the SWZ, entitled Quantitative list of solar sets.
