The subject of the contract is "Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the municipality of Niedrzwica Duża and collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point". 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate located in the municipality of Niedrzwica Duża, 2) collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located at the sewage treatment plant in Niedrzwica Duża at Górki 43 A Street, 3) collection and management of municipal waste from "bell" containers. 3. As at 01.07.2022, the number of inhabited properties from which waste was collected is 3 210. The number of people living as of 01.07.2022 is 10 195 people. The assumed amount of waste to be collected and managed during the order completion period is 2,216.00 Mg. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ. 5. The order should be performed in particular in accordance with the contract, the model of which is attached as Annex 11 to the SWZ.
