Engineering and architectural services for Works Management, Safety Coordination in Execution Phase (CSE) of the intervention called “Restructuring of the “S. Fedi” gym-pool and new changing rooms (intervention B), in the area owned by the Province of Pistoia

The contract concerns the assignment of technical engineering and architectural services related to the management of works, measurement and accounting, safety coordination during execution, surveillance of the construction site and technical activities to support the execution of the works, related to the project called “EXPANSION OF THE SCHOOL CENTER IN VIA PANCONI IN PISTOIA, RENOVATION OF THE SCHOOL GYM POOL” S.FEDI” AND NEW CHANGING ROOMS, IN THE AREA OWNED BY THE PROVINCE OF PISTOIA - INTERVENTION - B.

The auction-based amount relating to the services covered by this entrustment procedure, net of social security and welfare charges and VAT, amounts to €372,844.18 ( three hundred and seventy-two thousand eight hundred and forty-four/18), of which €265,520.01 (two hundred and five hundred twenty-twenty-four/01) for the Works Management and €107,324.17 (one hundred and seven thousand twenty-four/17) Security coordination for execution.

This amount was calculated, as reported with reference to the decree of the Ministry of Justice of 17 June 2016 “Approval of the Tables of Fees commensurate at the qualitative level of design services” pursuant to art. 24, paragraph 8 of the Code of Contracts”, based on the classes and categories of work to be performed and the related costs.
