Whittington health acts as the host for the Islington and Haringey community education provider networks (CEPNs). The networks aim to provide education and training to support workforce development in local communities.

The scope of this project is to procure a project management company to manage the delivery and procurement of education and training for the CEPNs, including disbursing funds to them. It also includes on-going monitoring of the project management company by Whittington health selection of education and training providers is not in the scope of this project.
