The contract with our current supplier for the ESM expires in June 2025.  Through this request we are looking for a new ESM solution.

The ESM system will serve as an integrated platform that supports multiple business processes and operational activities, such as IT service management, education logistics, and more. Through the implementation of the ESM system, we aim to simplify processes, reduce manual tasks and promote streamlined communication and collaboration between different departments. As a result, we expect to improve overall efficiency, reduce response times, and reduce costs through optimized resource utilization and elimination of duplication and inefficiency.
