Payroll services for AVROTROS and KRO-NCRV, this is a joint tender of both broadcasters.

The aim is to conclude a Framework Agreement with one (1) payroll service provider. NB. the broadcasters each conclude their own contract with this service provider.

Scope:

The conclusion of a framework agreement with a payroll service provider for the hiring or provision of flexible staff to work under the direction and supervision of the contracting authority. The flexible staff are recruited by the contracting authority itself. The payroll service provider takes on the legal employment status.

Explicitly outside the scope of this tender:

- Flexible employees who allow themselves to be paid by a compensation company or payroll company,

- Flexible employees who are paid on the basis of the Rarities Decree or the Artist Regulation and who are not employed by the remuneration company or payroll company.

The tender consists of one (1) plot with an estimated size for both broadcasters of EUR 400,000 per year. The estimated size per broadcaster is approximately EUR 200,000 per year.
