In this call, the acquisition of the following equipment is foreseen for the following areas: Area of plant ecophysiology: gas exchange measurement equipment, growth chambers, LED panels, drying stoves, refrigerators and freezers and N2 containers. In vitro culture area, molecular biology and biochemistry: oxygen electrodes, thermoblocks, thermal cyclers for PCR, lyophilizer, electrophoresis system, microcentrifuges and an ultracentrifuge. Hydrology area, sediment and water analysis: carbon and nitrogen analyzer and drying stoves. Area of histological studies and microscopy: Image analyzers. Another small piece of equipment will also be considered within each area of knowledge. This small additional equipment is essential to ensure the efficient and accurate operation of all laboratories, as well as to carry out the investigations and analyses required in the different areas of study. Specifically, the following are needed: scales, automatic pipettes, liquid N2 containers, specialized dishwashers.
