The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for 4 departments of the City of Częstochowa, 133 organizational units and treasury companies of the Municipality of Częstochowa, the "WARTA" S.A. Sewage Treatment Plant and the Municipal Road Administration in Częstochowa for the needs of operating buildings, premises, utility facilities, street lighting and traffic lights in 2024.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for 4 departments of the City of Częstochowa, 133 organizational units and treasury companies of the Municipality of Częstochowa, the "WARTA" S.A. Sewage Treatment Plant and the Municipal Road Administration in Częstochowa for the needs of operating buildings, premises, utility facilities, street lighting and traffic lights in 2024.

The scope of the order includes the sale of electricity to:

And. energy consumption points – for supplying buildings, office premises and commercial facilities (alarm sirens, infomats and monitoring cameras), for which the Municipality of Częstochowa is the payer of electricity invoices.

Expected quantity: 47 energy consumption points (including 1 point with a backup connection without separate measurement).

II. energy consumption points – for supplying buildings, premises and utility facilities, for which the payers of invoices for electricity are organizational units and treasury companies of the Municipality of Częstochowa. Expected number: 336 electricity consumption points (including 7 points with backup connections without separate measurement).

III. energy consumption points – for supplying buildings and technological installations of sewage treatment plants and municipal toilets, for which the payer of electricity invoices is the "WARTA" S.A. Sewage Treatment Plant, 172/188 Srebrna Street.

Projected number of 8 energy points.

IV. energy consumption points – for supplying buildings, office premises, utility facilities, traffic lights and street lighting points (settled in the O12 tariff group), for which the payer of electricity invoices is the Municipal Road Administration in Częstochowa, 52 Legionów Street.

The expected number of 774 energy consumption points, including: 21 points for supplying buildings, office premises, utility buildings, 81 traffic light points (including 8 points with backup connections without separate measurement) and 672 street lighting points (settled in the O12 tariff group).

Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act and the implementing regulations of this law and Polish Standards.

The estimated amount of energy supplied (+/- 10%) in the delivery period is 42 946 000 kWh, including energy accounted for:

In Tariff Group B23:

- Zone 1 morning peak: 3,681,000 kWh;

- Zone 2 afternoon peak: 2,397,000 kWh;

- zone 3 remaining hours of the day: 11 367 000 kWh;

in tariff group G13:

- zone 1 morning peak: 145 600 kWh;

- zone 2 afternoon peak: 77,200 kWh;

- zone 3 remaining hours of the day: 321 600 kWh;

round-the-clock or flat-rate payment:

- in tariff group C11: 123 080 kWh;

- in tariff group G11: 19 600 kWh;

- tariff group R: 5 880 kWh;

In tariff group C12a:

- peak zone 1: 1,735,720 kWh;

- off-peak zone 2: 3 512 920 kWh;

In tariff group C22a:

- peak zone 1: 2,495,900 kWh;

- off-peak zone 2: 5,232,500 kWh;

in tariff group O12:

- Zone 1 day: 4 031 000 kWh;

- 2 night zone: 7 800 000 kWh.

The contractual power (excluding reserved connections without separate measurement) for all consumption points is 28,787.4 kW (seasonally reduced to 27,433.4 kW).
