This contract covers the services of packaging, transport to and unpacking of the works, hanging during assembly and rotation(s), stall during rotation(s) and storage of empty boxes and packaging for the duration of the exhibition. If necessary, the service provider may also be required to store works in premises that meet museum standards and are provided for this purpose.

Roaming of the exhibition under discussion. The contract does not include the unhooking of the works, the re-delivery of empty boxes and packaging, the repackaging of the works, their return transport and the re-delivery after the closing of the exhibition. These services will be the subject of a subsequent contract awarded without prior advertising or competition.
