Included in the contract are the drafting of the construction project of the vessel, the construction of the vessel (including all necessary materials, labor and machinery), all necessary tests and inspections, technical and administrative documentation (including registrations, dispatches and others required by the maritime authority ), and the corresponding training for crew members and users of the vessel.
