This is the Selection Guide for the Assignment for high-quality urban and architectural development of the Zwartzustersvest Site in the historic city center of Mechelen, comprising at least:
a) the design and construction (Design - Build) of the Hof van Egmont Residential Care Center, a Centrum Kortverblijf (CVK) and two Centers for Day Care (CVD) and this in accordance with the Output Specifications imposed in the Specifications, which works will be transferred upon completion of Work Packages to the Contracting Authority;
b) the design and construction (Design - Build) of a Parking (part private, part of the Private Development - part public, part of the Residential Care Site) in accordance with the Output Specifications imposed in the Specifications, which works will be transferred to the completion of Work Packages the Contracting Authority or a third party designated by the Contracting Authority;
c) the design and construction of a Private Development (development) at the Contractor's own expense and risk and which must be marketed at its risk;
d) the design of a global urban development and architectural total vision for the Zwartzustersvest Site and the realization of the public domain that connects to the Site.
The site to be designed and built can be expanded (conditionally) with the realization of a District Health Center (as part of the Private Development - approx. 1,500 m
