Lot 1: morning and lunchtime trips to and from the partner class of the Rupert Egenberger School in Feldkirchen Lot 2: afternoon trips from the Rupert Egenberger School in Unterschleißheim

The students from the above-mentioned places of residence are entitled to school transport. Because of the lack of or unreasonable connection to public transport, this line is advertised as a school bus line, taking into account economy and economy. The Rupert Egenberger School is attended by children and adolescents with learning disabilities between the ages of 6 and 16 (L-students).

The group of people to be transported includes:

- Schoolchildren with learning disabilities, as well as

- Any necessary staff as school bus attendants, provided by third parties (e.g. health insurance companies or district).

The contractor will be commissioned from 14.9.2021 until the end of the last school day of the school year 2026/27 (6 years).

Morning and lunchtime trips by disabled students to and from the partner class of the Rupert Egenberger School in Feldkirchen

The students from the above-mentioned places of residence are entitled to school transport. Because of the lack of or unreasonable connection to public transport, this line is advertised as a school bus line, taking into account economy and economy.

The partner class of the Rupert Egenberger School is attended by children and young people with learning difficulties aged 6 to 9 years (L-students). These students have special communication, consideration and mental health needs.

Because of this, the L-pupils must always be picked up at their home address.

The use of small vehicles is necessary because the L-pupils mostly have to be picked up and brought back to their respective place of residence and the contractor is on narrow streets in the living area for this purpose.

The expected changes in the number of pupils, the type and extent of impairments during a school year require a high degree of flexibility. Rapid implementation to ensure transportation is required in view of compulsory school attendance.

The District Office of Munich, represented by District Administrator Mr. Göbel, intends to assign the transport of pupils of the partner classes of the Rupert-Egenberger-Schule on the way to school in accordance with the requirements of the law on the free travel to school and the school transport ordinance.

The students are driven from their residential addresses in the district of Munich to the partner class Feldkirchen, Dornacher Str.3a (morning trips). There the students attend diagnostic and remedial classes.

At lunchtime, currently at 11.40 a.m. and / or 1.25 p.m., the pupils are then transported back to their stops by the Feldkirchen partner class (lunchtime trips).

- Any necessary staff as school bus attendants, provided by third parties (e.g. health insurance companies or district).

Afternoon trips from the Rupert Egenberger School in Unterschleißheim

The students from the above-mentioned places of residence are entitled to school transport. Because of the lack of or unreasonable connection to public transport, this line is advertised as a school bus line, taking into account economy and economy.

The Rupert Egenberger School is attended by children and adolescents with learning disabilities between the ages of 6 and 16 (L-students). These students have special communication, consideration and mental health needs.

Because of this, the L-pupils must always be picked up at their home address or in its immediate vicinity.

Due to the long distances and the maximum travel time of 60 minutes per trip for the students, the use of at least 2 vehicles is required. It must also be ensured that individual students are to be brought back to their respective place of residence.

The expected changes in the number of pupils, the type and extent of impairments during a school year require a high degree of flexibility. Rapid implementation to ensure transportation is required in view of compulsory school attendance.

The District Office of Munich, represented by District Administrator Mr. Göbel, intends to award the transport of students from the Rupert Egenberger School to school in accordance with the requirements of the law on free travel to school and the School Transport Ordinance.

The pupils are only transported to their stops at the residential addresses in the afternoon on school days Monday to Thursday, currently at 3:50 p.m. (afternoon trips).

The group of people to be transported includes:

- Schoolchildren with learning disabilities, as well as

- Any necessary staff as school bus attendants, provided by third parties (e.g. health insurance companies or district).

The contractor will be commissioned from 14.9.2021 until the end of the last school day of the school year 2026/27 (6 years).
