The city of Hamm (client) is inviting tenders for the preparation and delivery of lunch catering for the Wilhelm Busch School of the city of Hamm throughout Europe.

The Wilhelm-Busch-Schule is a municipal primary school with open all-day operation.

Three different menus (including a vegetarian meal (usually ovo-lacto)) are to be offered daily.

A dish of the day is composed as follows:

(a) a protein-rich component, such as meat or fish;

(b) a starch component;

(c) a vegetable component or a side salad or raw food;

d) a dessert (2x weekly fresh fruit).

In addition, a daily amount of raw food adapted to the number of meals ordered must be delivered.

Due to the location (structural conditions/furnishings, etc.), the forms of catering "Cook & Chill" or "Cook & Freeze" can be offered.

Activities going beyond this, e.B. the distribution of food, cleaning of the dishes or the delivery of beverages, etc. do not fall within the scope of the contractor's services and are not part of the advertised service.
