After classification without follow-up taking into account a revision of the need, consultation with a view to proposing a framework contract of social action in the form of restaurant vouchers for the territorial staff of communities and public establishments in Isère. CDG 38 may sign a framework contract with the successful tenderer, for the benefit of the staff of local authorities and public establishments in the department of Isère, which will be linked to CDG 38 within the framework of this contract. The quantity of securities to be supplied may vary during the performance of the contract depending on the number of communities adhering to the framework contract and their needs, without the holder being able to raise any dispute or claim compensation.

Lot 01: issue and delivery of “paper” meal vouchers, annual estimate EUR 5,750,000 excluding tax.

Lot 02: issue and delivery of “digital” meal vouchers, annual estimate of EUR 250,000 excluding VAT.
