The purpose of the contract is to operate the mixed sewage treatment plant at Poulic an Aod in Douarnenez.

Nominal capacity of the treatment plant: capacity: 83 400 EH.

Maximum daily volume: 6,000 m 3 / Day.

Daily volume of dry weather: 4,000 m 3 /days. Dbo5: 5,000 kg / day.

The performance of the contract starts on 1.1.2020, or on the date of notification, whichever is later, until 31.12.2027 (base) or 31.12.2029 (mandatory variant).

The services provided by the holder are mainly the following:

- ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, supervision and maintenance of the works and installations as well as the renewal of the equipment of the treatment plant,

- to take care of the evacuation and the treatment of the by-products resulting from the purification: refusal of screening, sands, greases, cured materials,

- take charge of the disposal and treatment of sludge,

- carry out all the analyzes on water and sludge, controls on equipment provided by the regulations,

- to ensure the reception and the treatment of the emptying materials after having checked their admissibility.
