The subject of the contract is the Granting and servicing of a long-term PLN bank loan in the amount of PLN 4,800,000.00 for the Commune and the City of Witkowo for the purpose of financing the planned budget deficit for 2022.

1. The subject of the contract is the Award and service of a long-term PLN bank loan in the amount of PLN 4,800,000.00 for the Municipality and the City of Witkowo for the purpose of financing the planned budget deficit for 2022.

1) PLN bank loan in the amount of PLN 4,800,000.00 with the possibility of using an incomplete amount without incurring any costs and interest related to it and without the required consent of the contractor and the need to draw up an annex

to the concluded contract.

2) Loan period – from the conclusion of the loan agreement to 31.12.2029

3) Implementation of the loan – once within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

4) Repayment of the loan from taking out the loan until 31.12.2029

5) Repayment of interest on the loan used in monthly periods after the conclusion of the loan agreement.

6) Grace period for repayment of the first loan installment until 31.03.2025

8) Repayment of the entire loan may be shortened, in which case:

- interest will be accrued until the loan is repaid,

- this will not affect the change in the terms of the contract, as well as the bank will not charge any fees / commissions for this reason.

9) One-time bank commission, initial fee, etc. – preparatory on the loan granted = 0,00 %.

10) The form of securing the repayment of the loan together with the interest due is a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration equal to the size of the loan applied for.

If necessary, a blank promissory note constituting collateral for the repayment of the loan will be countersigned by the Treasurer of the Commune and the City.

11) The interest rate on the loan should be determined on the basis of the WIBOR rate for 1M deposits increased by the Bank's margin, which during the entire loan period may not be higher than on the date of signing the contract.

Method of calculating the WIBOR 1M rate – in accordance with the quotation from the previous month (the last day of the previous month - June this year).

12) To calculate the price of the tender, the contractor should use the actual calendar.

13) The date of commencement of the loan should be taken as the date of commencement of the loan: 30.09.2022.
