Conditions of the contract:

1. All offered materials and disposable kits must be adapted to the camera offered.

2. The offered device for performing treatments together with sets of heads will be covered by a 36-month warranty,

3. The Supplier is obliged to provide free inspections and service of the leased apparatus and software during the term of the contract.

After the lease period, the Ordering Party will have the right to purchase the device for the redemption price specified in the tender offer
