The subject of the contract is the sale along with the delivery of a waterjet cutting device with accessories for the Maritime University of Szczecin for the needs of the project "Research center for diagnosing, recycling large and small elements and identifying recovered materials".
1. Object of the order
1) The subject of the contract is the sale together with the delivery of a waterjet cutting device with accessories for the Maritime University of Szczecin for the needs of the project "Research center for diagnosing, recycling large and small elements and identifying recovered materials".
A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation and reception shall specify:
- description of the object of the order — Annex 1a to the SWZ,
- the proposed provisions of the contract set out in the template of Annex 3 to the SWZ.
All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL Act.
Warranty for the subject of the order: minimum 24 months. The Guarantee covers the entire subject of the contract, including the pump, water seals and a five-axis head.

3) The possible names (trademarks) given by the Contracting Authority are exemplary in nature and their indication is intended to determine the expected standard, with the Contracting Authority allowing the submission of equivalent tenders to be submitted to the extent of the description of the subject of the contract drawn up.
4) The subject of the order was determined by indicating objective technical characteristics
and qualitative standards for which specification of sample trademarks is permitted.
5. Where the Contracting Authority refers in the description of the subject of the contract to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and (3), equivalent solutions shall be allowed to be described.
6) The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be factory new, free of technical defects
and legal, of good quality, authorised, packaged in original packaging for the product concerned, with labels identifying the product concerned, specifying its technical, quality, functional and performance characteristics. On the subject of the contract, as well as on the packaging, there must be a trademark and a designation of origin (of the manufacturer).
2. Equivalent solutions
The Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions shall demonstrate that the solution he offers fulfils the requirements laid down by the Contracting Party. In this case, the contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions with its description or standards.
