The stipulations of this consultation concern the execution of the services of preventive and curative maintenance of the facilities of:

- lot 1, heating, ventilation and water treatment,

- lot 2, comfort air conditioning and sensitive premises,

- lot 3, fire safety system and smoke extraction.

This lot concerns the operation and maintenance of the heating, ventilation and water treatment of the various UBS sites.

This lot concerns the operation and maintenance of the air conditioning of the different UBS sites.

This lot concerns the operation and maintenance of the fire safety and smoke control systems of the various UBS sites.
