The object of the contract is the supply of monographs published by Italian and foreign publishing houses with mainly economic content – legal-engineering-medical-scientific and agronomic-zootechnical in favor of the Libraries of the University of Brescia, for the period 01/02/2024 -31/12/2027, possibly extendable for a further six months.

Pursuant to art. 51 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 and subsequent amendments, the contract is divided into the following lots:

Lot 1 supply of monographs published by Italian publishing houses with mainly economic content – legal-engineering-medical-scientific and agronomic-zootechnical content in favor of the Libraries of the University of Brescia;

Lot 2 supply of monographs published by foreign publishing houses with mainly economic-legal-engineering-medical-scientific and agronomic-zootechnical content in favor of the Libraries of the University of Brescia.

The object of the contract is the supply of monographs published by Italian publishing houses with mainly economic content – legal-engineering-medical-scientific and agronomic-zootechnical content in favor of the Libraries of the University of Brescia, for the period 01/02/2024 -31/12/2027 possibly extendable for a further six months.

Single service for lot 1, pursuant to art. 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 and subsequent amendments, is the supply of monographs published by Italian publishing houses.

The estimated total amount, for the period 01/02/2024 –31/12/2027, is set at € 256,252.00 net of any tax and customs charges.

The presumed and unguaranteed total amount for the entire period including the extension period is € 291,343.00 net of any tax and customs charges.

There are no charges for interference, since it is a contract of mere supply pursuant to art. 26 paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and determination of the Authority for the Supervision of Public Works, Services and Supplies Contracts no. 3 of 05/03/2008.

The amount of this contract must be understood as an indicative only as presumed not constituting a guaranteed contractual minimum, as the University will provide orders for the quantities actually necessary. It is understood that no greater compensation or compensation will be due to the successful bidder in the event that the total orders issued do not reach the quantity estimated at the time of the tender, or in the event that certain products and / or services provided are not required.

The award will be made pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 4, lett. b), of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 as amended, with the criterion of the lowest price, or the highest percentage of discount - The conditions for the supply of monographs are characterized by high standardization and according to what is indicated in the ANAC Guideline n. 2 implementing Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 on "Most economically advantageous offer" allows administrations (and also companies) to avoid the burdens, in terms of time and costs, of a competitive comparison based on the best quality and price ratio, when the benefits deriving from such a comparison are null or reduced. This occurs when the conditions of the offer are such as to impose, in fact, the purchase of goods or services with conditions known to the contracting authority already in the preparation phase of the tender, as the services deducted in the contracts referable to the lots placed on the basis of the tender are defined by the reference market so as to determine a setting of the tender procedure on the Performance Specifications considerably detailed with regard to the obligations required of the operators Cheap.

The object of the contract is the supply of scientific and/or didactic books, also on paper and multimedia support, acquired individually or in packages, in favor of the University Libraries, in addition to the services indicated in the performance specifications.
