Thenue Housing Association and other Registered Social Landlords based in Glasgow are seeking to appoint suitably qualified contractors to their framework for the delivery of various new build, repair or refurbishment projects.

Within the parameters set by this Contract Notice, the tender documentation and framework terms and conditions, Thenue Housing Association wishes to allow other Registered Social Landlords based in Glasgow to award contracts under the framework, known as “call-offs”.

Access to the framework for other RSLs will be at Thenue’s sole discretion. There is no guarantee of any minimum volume of work under the framework and all call-offs will be routed through, and subject to the prior approval of Thenue Housing Association. Approval will be given unless, in Thenue’s sole opinion, its works programme may be compromised in any way by the level of work being commissioned by other RSLs.
