This procedure is aimed at identifying an Employment Agency, in possession of an authorization issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies pursuant to art. 4 of Legislative Decree 276/2003 and subsequent amendments, for the assignment of the temporary work administration service, with reference to the current national collective agreement of work of the RegionsLocal Autonomies Section, in favor of the Municipality of Lodi, of the following figures
1) Up to 10 (ten) Socio-Educational Instructors (Nursery Educators), Category C1;
2) N. 2 (two) Administrative-Accounting Instructor (Municipal Statistical Service), Category C1;
3) No. 1 (one) Social-Assistance Executor (Nest), Category B3;
4) No. 1 (one) Administrative-Accounting Collaborator (Municipal Statistical Service), Category B3.

AMOUNT, DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
The alleged total consideration for the service is set at €443,345.00 (four hundred and forty-three hundred and forty-five/00), plus VAT on the sole share inherent in the agency margin.
The contract will run for 24 months, from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2023. The staff started may have, within 24 months, shorter contract durations.
At the end of the administration contract period, the contract will cease without the possibility of renewal or technical extension.
Furthermore, the hypotheses of early termination or withdrawal in the cases provided for by this specification, the law or the Civil Code are subject to.
AWARD OF THE SERVICE
The service, with the characteristics corresponding to what is indicated in Article 5 below, will be awarded on the basis of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, pursuant to art. 95 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 50/ 2016.
The Municipal Administration may not reach the award in question if the offer is not deemed suitable or that the winning company does not offer the necessary organizational guarantees or reliability, without this being able to justify exceptions, protests or claims by the Company itself and may award the contract even in the presence of a single offer deemed valid.
