Occupational health and safety assistance services during the technical stops of vessels of

the national navy This Opinion concerns a submission of applications for a draft framework agreement for occupational health and safety assistance services during the technical stops of the vessels of the national navy.

It includes a minimum amount and a maximum amount. The terms of execution are as follows:

— Item 1 concerns the share of purchase orders on schedules according to the provisions of Articles R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code;

— item 2 concerns orders for hazards (15% of the minimum amount) according to articles R. 2372-19 and R. 2372-21 of the same public order code.

It is part of a procedure with negotiation with prior publicity in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Order Code.
