The item of the Order was not divided into parts:
A detailed description of the scope of the work included in the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Contractor may submit one offer for the entire order. The offer must cover the entire scope of the work provided for in the SWZ (i.e.; all tasks for culverts numbered P05, P-06 and P-07) The place of execution of the object of the contract will be the administrative area of the Forest District of Gromnik፦ the forest area of Kąśna Górna

Details on the implementation of the investment:
Transport of materials to the construction site and from construction shall be carried out by means of transport adapted to the tonnage specified on the access roads to the place of work (note may be tonnage restrictions). The Contracting Authority does not ensure that media is brought and exploited to the site of works. Accordingly, the Contractor owes the above costs to include in the offer price. The Contractor shall, within the remuneration specified in the offer, be obliged to perform and mark and secure the places of carrying out the works for the duration of their implementation and ensure safe walking and access to the works site. The commencement of works will take place after the removal in the area of the marking and after the receipt made by the Inspector of Investor Supervisor.The Contractor will in his own right value (recognise in the price of the offer) the value of the remuneration, and then perform the following: will bring in the field the main points of the object specified in design, will provide reper (repertoire) working in reference to state repertoires, perform surveying measurements necessary for the proper execution of works and acceptance of the works covered by the tender (elevation of the object into the field, post-construction measurements, including the development of documentation the post-construction surveying, together with its receipt in the relevant centre of surveying and cartographic documentation, the collection of works in the form of a colaudation operation) to the extent determined in the project, shall establish the facilities and construction site at the place agreed with the Ordering Party at the latest on the date designated for the transfer of the construction site will submit to the Inspector of Investor Supervision developed and complete health and safety plan, perform and mount information boards at the site of works according to the instructions of the Inspector of Investor Supervisory, in case of the need to perform tests for example: materials, the Contractor shall perform these tests at his own expense, and the results of the tests shall transmit to the Contracting Authority together with the acceptance protocols, the Contractor shall obtain the legitimate decision of the permit for the use of the facility and incur the costs associated with administrative fees for this respect, the technology of the performance of the works construction is specified in the construction projects and the Technical Specification of the Performance and Acceptance of Construction Works. Given, in the items in the column of the bases of the designation, are only auxiliary and do not specify the technology of construction. When carrying out construction works, the conditions laid down in the arrangements obtained, permits, decisions and opinions, and in particular: the construction permit, the water and legal permit, the declaration of the competent authority responsible for water management, the declaration of the authority responsible for monitoring Natura 2000 areas, a decision pursuant to Article 118 (1) of the Nature Conservation Act (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1614 as amended). Where, in the description of the Subject of the Order (annexes to the SWZ), the Contracting Authority indicates trademarks, patents or origin, a source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor, if this could lead to preference or the elimination of certain Contractors or products, the possibility of submitting equivalent tenders shall be allowed. The above term Order Subject is only ancillary to the preparation of the offer and is intended to indicate the expected standards as to the minimum technical parameters of the expected materials and equipment.
