The subject of the planned contract is architectural services, property planning buildings and interiors in accordance with § 33 ff HOAI and technical planning technical equipment §§ 53 paragraph 2 HOAI, plant group7 (commercial kitchen technology), for the construction project conversion and renovation house 218/219 to the central employee restaurant of the new Leipzig headquarters municipal utilities.
The tendering and awarding of architectural services is to be carried out as part of a negotiated procedure with an upstream competition for participation. To design the kitchen concept, the involvement of a commercial kitchen planner is required.
The commissioning of the architectural services will be carried out in stages for service phases 2-9 in accordance with § 34 paragraph 3 HOAI in accordance with the terms of the contract (see draft contract). Basic assessment services (LP 1) have already been provided in preparation for the award procedure; pre-planning services (LP 2) are commissioned with a reduced range of services and taking into account the results of the process.
